Error: "CBA_Error: -1917761385" when deploying an image

Issue

Occasionally an error is seen when capturing or deploying an image. On the client, the script is and it appears that nothing happens.

The OSD log can be found in \\<CORE>\ldmain\log. It will be named CJ-OSD-<SCRIPTNAME>-timestamp.log. In this case it will look similar to the following:

The error can be seen in the first line: CBA_ERROR:-1917761385

Cause

This is has two possible causes:

1. OSD Script is corrupt
2. Another inventory record has the same IP address.

Resolution

1. Re-create the OSD script
2. Delete the inventory record of the other device with the same IP address
