How to determine the partition size of an image

Issue

How can the partition size of a image be determined.

Solution

Using Imagew v2:

1. Map a Drive to your Image location
2. Browse to \\<Coreserver>\ldmain\osd\Imagew 2
3. Double Click on Imagew
   
4. Check the "Restore (Normal)" radio button.
5. Click Next.
   
6. Select the mapped drive you created in Step 1.
7. Click Next.
   
   
8. Select the .TBI image file in question.
9. Click Next.
   
   

The top line will show the size of the Partition that the image will try to write to. The image cannot be loaded on to a computer with a hard drive smaller than this.
