Problem:
He has the image uploaded, but it is complaining about the same file, he has tried uploading the image a couple times, the file is is asking for is there, and this continues to happen.
Cause:
The length of the computer name.
Resolution:
Changed it from 12 characters to 9 characters and it worked just fine.
