Issue
Provisioning HII action fails if "Using UNC to Download drivers files" is left ticked, if it is unticked, it can finish successfully but defaults to the Core Server to download the drivers.
Receive the following error in the Provisioning UI:

error:[80001803H]The action failed
Cause
Changes were made to LDDWNLD.DLL which is used to download the HII drivers.. After you upgrade the Core Server to a newer service pack, the PXE Representatives must be redeployed.
Resolution
Redeploy PXE representative and run Provisioning again.
